The Admission Process
STEP 1 – Online Registration
- The registration form must be filled out online, adhering to the age criteria as per the MOE directives, using your valid email address. The school will communicate with you through this email address during the course of the entire admission process.
- An auto-generated confirmation message will be sent to the registered email ID and mobile number upon receiving the Registration Form.
- A registration fee of AED 250/- +VAT (AED 262.50/-) is to be paid in cash or via Bank Transfer.
Cash Payment – To be paid directly at the School Accounts Office.
Bank Transfer – To be deposited to the School Bank Account. The Bank Account details are mentioned along with the Fee Structure. Upon paying the registration fee, the transaction details have to be forwarded to accountant@dpsrak.ae
Note: Registration Fee is non-refundable
STEP 2 – Document Submission
On visiting the school as per the allotted schedule, the following documents need to be submitted:
- Registration Form and Admission Form (Hard Copy)
- Photocopies of the child’s documents that are mentioned below:

- 4 Photographs
- Emirates ID (Parent and Student)
- Passport Copy (Parent and Student)
- Birth Certificate
- Vaccination Card
- Final Report Card
- As per the directive from MOE, the attested Transfer Certificate and Original Emirates ID have to be submitted within 2 weeks from the first school day to complete the process of registering the student with the Ministry.
The school reserves the right to cancel any admission due to the non-submission of the above mentioned documents.
STEP 3 – INTERACTIVE SESSION FOR KG1 / BASELINE TEST FOR KG 2 to GRADE 9
The date for an interactive session with parents and the child and the Baseline Test for KG2 to Grade 9 will be communicated via SMS and email.
The syllabus for the Baseline Test shall be shared with you for the child’s reference.
Admission will be based on the performance of the student in the admission test and interactive session.
STEP 4 – CONFIRMATION OF ADMISSION
After the Interactive Session/Baseline Test, the parents will be notified via e-mail/SMS regarding the confirmation of admission.
An auto-generated email with the Admission Form will be sent to the registered e-mail ID. Parents are required to log in using the credentials shared by the school to fill in the form.
STEP 5 – PAYMENT OF FEES
Once the admission is confirmed, the parent is required to pay the fee within 48 hours (i.e. 2 working days) of receiving the result to complete the admission process.

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE
To complete the student registration with MOE, it is mandatory to submit an Attested Transfer Certificate from the child’s previous school as per the guidelines given below:
For students coming from outside the UAE:
- The TC must be in the English Language.
- The TC must be countersigned by the Ministry of Education or the Education Bureau of the respective country i.e., District Education Officer (for State / Matriculation Schools) / Zonal or Regional Officer (for CBSE / ICSE schools). The seal and signature of the Education Officer have to be verified by the Embassy or Consulate in the UAE of the country where the TC was issued and the Foreign Affairs Ministry.
Students coming from within UAE: The Transfer/Leaving Certificate should be attested by the Ministry of Education of the respective Emirate.
Note:
The attested documents will be forwarded to the Ministry of Education for their verification and approval.
If the parent fails to submit the required documents on time, the admission will stand cancelled. The school will not be responsible if the admission is not approved by the Ministry of Education due to the non-submission of documents.

WITHDRAWAL PROCESS
Any student who wishes to withdraw from the school must submit an application to the School Reception along with the completed Withdrawal Form and a fee towards the Transfer Certificate.
